Short transport routes protect the environment, but what we value most of all is the cordial exchange we maintain with our suppliers. When the baker brings over his freshly baked bread each morning, when we visit the alp farmers, when we watch the cows graze on the lush meadows and when we select the freshest vegetables by hand or taste the wine from the wine grower, who is at the same time a friend, – that is when we remember those times, those good old days when a handshake had as much value as a promise. And when the smile of a trader came from the heart and not from an advertisement. You can still feel and smell this philosophy with us today. With each bite.

The Mediterranean cuisine is not only unparalleled in its healthy properties – it also tastes irresistibly good. Our restaurant in Naturno in the Feldhof gourmet hotel combines the best Mediterranean ingredients with the savoury secrets of the alpine cuisine. In this process, creative delicacies are created that taste especially good in front of the impressive mountain scenery of Naturno. Look forward to fresh olive oil, crunchy vegetables, freshly picked salads, meat and fish from responsible production, and the clever combination of alpine wild herbs with typical Mediterranean classics such as rosemary, thyme and basil. This is always perfectly rounded off by a good red wine from our excellently assorted wine cellar.

Just like the mountains, the wine is also a part of South Tyrol. Besides the excellent sites for growth, this is mostly due to the mild climate. Here in Naturno, the sun shines on an average of 315 days per year. If so much sunshine kisses our well-protected vines, only a wine with real character can be the result. In our Feldhof gourmet hotel in Naturno you will find not only the wine cellar kept by your host Stefan Perathoner himself but also a vinotheque with more than 400 of the best labels of the region and, above that, from all over the world. Breakfast with organic and vital, lactose- and gluten-free products; served on our Mediterranean terrace next to the koi pond if the sun shines. With Prosecco, freshly squeezed juices and freshly prepared egg dishes from Gabi’s show kitchen.

Show kitchen in the afternoon

from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

In the afternoon, two warm dishes, a soup, the salad buffet and two cold daily specials will await you. Additionally, from 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. there will be home-made cake with coffee, tea, fruit juices, water and fruits.

6- to 8-course gourmet menus

from 7.00 p.m.

As the crowning glory of the day, we will serve delicious specialities with a salad buffet and dreamy desserts from our own patisserie. Upon request, we can also serve vegetarian, calorie-reduced or dishes especially tailored to guests with food intolerances.
