Vineyard sauna on the Feldhof grounds (90° C)
The word sauna is Finnish for ‘room made of wood’. The Finnish sauna is one of the most traditional ways of sweating and has been practiced for hundreds of years. High temperatures and relatively low air humidity of 10 to 20% are typical for this kind of sauna. Menthol and eucalyptus fragrances have a beneficial effect on your airways in this heat.
