Arrival/departure: On the day of your arrival, the rooms are ready for you from 2 pm on. On the day of your departure, please vacate your rooms by 11 am. If you are planning to arrive after 8:30 pm, please let us know in advance.
You may cancel your room bookings free of charge up to 3 weeks before your booking date. If you cancel after that, you will be charged 70%. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures!
Room cancellations are only valid if submitted in writing.
Please book your wellness treatments 14 days before your arrival to ensure that we can book you in for your preferred appointments.
For bed and breakfast we deduct 11 € from the ¾ ‘pamper’ board price.
Dogs are welcome. They are not however permitted in the restaurant and wellness areas. Thank you for your understanding! We charge 20 € per day for your pet, which does not include food.
We also accept credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express). Please ask your bank about using them abroad.

We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance! Protect yourself financially using our travel insurance in case something happens before you go on your holiday.
