Vitalis Dr. Joseph system

A natural environment, good climate and crisp fresh air are just as important for the body and soul as relaxing, soothing baths. The soft-pack system transports supplements directly to the body, where they can begin working immediately and deliver their beneficial effects. The body is brushed with specially selected essences and wrapped in a sheet which has been soaked in a brine solution. You then relax for 15-20 minutes while the solution evaporates.

The philosophy

The cosmos means the world in its entirety, both order and the chaos that surrounds us. For us, the cosmos means room for living. In this interaction between life systems there has to be responsibility and sincerity. The Vitalis Dr. Joseph method consists of diffrent elements.

Apple bath

This bath promotes purification. The Kneipp treatment boosts your immune system and promotes blood circulation. The carotenes, pectins and minerals of the special apple fluid regulate the skin’s pH value and have a cleansing and cell-protecting effect on your skin.

BERG baths in the Aqua-Relaxpool

Sage bath

Cleansing for the skin. Sage and thyme also have anti-bacterial, anti-sweat, anti-fungus and anti-inflammatory effects and generally stimulate the skin's metabolism.Edelweiss makes the skin firmer.

Melissa bath

Melissa, arnica, lavender and alpine rose regenerate, stimulate and strengthen the muscles in particular. Alpine rose increases the skin's metabolism and firms the skin. Mint refreshes and generally provides wellbeing.

Juniper bath

Relaxing and smoothing. This mixture of juniper, sage, horse chestnut, hay and hop blossom prevents cellulite, stimulates the skin's metabolism and protects the capillaries. The skin’s surface is revived and becomes firmer and more elastic.

Lavender bath

Calming and relaxing for mind, body and soul.
Lavender, melissa and camomile have skin-calming, anti-inflammatory and healing properties and relax the muscles.Rosemary has a balancing effect on circulation and stimulates the flow of blood to the skin, alpine rose firms the skin.

Edelweiss bath

Increases your well-being; a concentrate rich in active plant ingredients. The edelweiss and alpine rose extracts not only have a cleansing, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect on the skin; the high proportion of tannins stimulates the skin's metabolism, strengthens and firms it. In short, these ingredients combat sagging skin.
