Feldhof Small Print

• Arrival/departure: on the day of arrival your room will be available from 2p.m. On your day of departure please vacate you room by 11a.m. Please let us know if you are to arrive later than 7.00p.m.
• Cancellation of your room reservation can only be done free of charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation at shorter notice will result in a cancellation fee of 70% of your booking. The same applies should you arrive later or depart earlier than arranged.
• Room cancellations are only valid if made in writing.
• We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance! Ensure that you are not hit financially if something happens which prevents you from enjoying your holiday. This insurance can be booked when making your room reservation and covers all cancellation costs if you are forced to cancel. Cost: 5€ per adult and 2.50€ per child per night booked at our hotel.
• You are welcome to invite your friends to Hotel Feldhof. We charge 22€ for breakfast, 16€ for the afternoon meal (2 - 5p.m.), 62€ for the evening meal, 14€ for use of the pool and saunas, 6€ for dressing gown and towel hire.
• Day spa: without a room and only on request (e.g. vacate your room by 11a.m. but use the hotel facilities (pool, saunas, towels) and enjoy a meal (between 3 and 5p.m.) for 36€ per person.
• Long day spa: with a room and only on request (e.g. vacate your room by 6p.m. and use the hotel facilities (pool, saunas, towels) and enjoy a meal (between 3 and 5p.m.) for 60€ per person.
• Where possible please book your wellness treatmens at least 14 days before your arrival in order to ensure that your desired appointment time is available.
• For bed and breakfast 11€ will be deducted from the ¾-DolceVita board price.
• Dogs are welcome to join you on holiday at our hotel. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining areas or spa area. We charge 20€ per day for your four-legged friends, without food.
• We also accept credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express). Please check with your bank that your card will work abroad.

• Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, but not a certain room or floor. The room floor plans are for illustrative purposes only, and may vary!
• We would be happy to send you any forgotten belongings cash on delivery.
• For single occupancy of a "Sonnenschein" romantic room we charge an additional 50% additional fee.
• With the publication of a new pricelist all previous versions lose their validity. Price subject to change, errors exepted.
