Nordic walking tours
It is easy to learn the technique of Nordic Walking and the sport is perfect for all of us, young or old, fit or not, well-trained or beginners. It is good for general muscle training and stimulates the circulation while the sticks help protect the joints. You do not need much equipment either - just a pair of soft, well-fitting shoes, comfortable clothing and light-weight, telescopic sticks. Günther, our Nordic Walking instructor, is on hand every Tuesday to help you. You can borrow sticks from the Naturns Tourist Authority Office free-of-charge for a trial session.
