Feldhof’s small print

• Arrival/departure: On the day of your arrival, rooms are ready for you from 2.00 p.m. onwards. On the day of your departure, please vacate your rooms by 11.00 a.m. If you are planning on arriving later than 8.30 p.m., we would ask that you let us know in advance.
• The cancellation of your room reservation at no charge is only available up to three weeks before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel after that, you will be charged 70. The same applies for late arrivals or early departures.
• Room cancellations must be carried out in writing
• We recommend that our guests get travel insurance! Protect yourself financially using our travel insurance in case something happens before you go on your holiday. The insurance can be booked and will be charged for together with your room reservation. All cancellation costs are covered for 5 € per adult and booked holiday day or 2,50 € for children (up to 16 years of age).
• You are welcome to invite your friends to the Feldhof. We charge 22 € for breakfast, 16 € for lunch (2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.), 59 € for an evening meal, 14 € for the sauna and swimming, 6 € for hand towels and bathrobes.
• Please book your wellness treatments 14 days before arrival, so we can schedule the days and times you require.
• For rooms with breakfast a discount of 11 € will be applied to the ¾ indulgence package price.
• Dogs are welcome to stay with us. They are not however permitted in the restaurant and wellness areas! Thank you for your understanding! We charge 20 € per day for your “darling”, not including food.


• We also accept credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express). Check with your bank to make sure you can use your card abroad.

• Please be aware that you may only book room categories, not certain rooms or floors. The rooms have standard layouts, but variations may occur.
• We are happy to send you any items you may forget COD.
• If a Sunshine cuddle room is booked by a single person, we will calculate a 50 % surcharge.
• With the publication of this price list, all other price lists are forthwith invalid. Prices and services subject to change; misprints and errors excepted.
